As part of Santa Barbara's 1st annual New Noise event we were asked to provide sound & lighting support for the Michael Franti & Spearhead show at the Arlington Theater. The band was showing up with a monitor rig and an intelligent lighting package plus backline and set. Our job was to add the rest of the gear and personnel to complete the production.
Our audio rig consisted of 16 Meyer Sound Mica line array boxes, six Meyer 700HP subwoofers, four Meyer UPJ-1P front fills, a Meyer Galileo system processor and a Midas H-3000 front of house console.
In lighting world we provided 96 par 64 fixtures, a couple of 8 light audience blinders, trussing, motors and 60 channels of dimming.
